Avoid going to Salons for various hair treatments. The use of curling irons and hot rollers can weaken your hair. Never use hair drier on your hair for drying it quickly. I did Balayage from Salon, resulting in immense hair loss after few days. It took three months to reverse the hair fall.
Going through a rough time can lead to hair loss. The Pandemic and lockdown threw our normal lifestyle out of gear and led to stress. Always try to do meditation, deep breathing to reduce stress. Exercise is also a great option to overcome anxiety.
Post-pregnancy hair loss is one of the reasons for hair loss in ladies. Though I never had hair fall post-pregnancy.
Deficiency of Micronutrients in Diet
Deficiency of Iron, B-Complex, Zinc, and amino acids also results in temporary hair loss.
Tips to Reverse Temporary Hair Loss
Onion Juice is the best and readily available in our house to reverse hair fall. You should apply twice a week on your scalp, leave for two hours, and then wash with a mild shampoo. Folks, please do try.
Aloe-Vera gel is also effective in strengthening your hair. It is readily available in stores and online. Please apply fresh. You can quickly grow it in your house in a pot. You can cut a stem of aloe-Vera, make a paste in a mixer, and then apply it to your hair. After two hours, you can wash with a mild shampoo.
Massaging by applying Argon-Oil on Hair at night and leaving overnight is highly beneficial for hair health.
Including Micronutrients in your Diet
Your diet should include Iron-rich food for good and healthy hair. Poultry, seafood, beans, dark green leafy vegetables are excellent Iron sources.
Biotin (Vitamin B7)
Poultry, eggs, seafood, peas, nuts, and seeds are good biotin sources. It is a must for proper hair regrowth.
Zinc plays a vital role in strengthening your hair growth. Poultry, eggs, seafood, beans, peas, nut and seeds, and Oyster are a rich source of zinc.
These are building blocks of proteins. Some amino acids such as Cysteine and L-lysine play a unique role in keeping you healthy and growing. We can get plenty of amino acids through a healthy diet. Cottage-cheese, fish, eggs, seeds and nuts, whole-grains, and meat is an excellent source of amino acids.
