Keep an oximeter in your house. You can easily measure your body’s Oxygen level sitting in your home. If your oxygen level is less than 94%, then immediately rush to the hospital.

By practicing breathing exercises, our oxygen level also increases. Please, it’s a kind request to everyone to pay attention to breathing exercises along with Yoga.

Purse Lip and Belly Breathing

It is a simple technique for slowing down a person’s breathing and getting more air into their lungs. Regular practice can help strengthen the lungs and make them work more efficiently.

How to do purse lip and belly breathing

Sit in a comfortable position, or lie down on the floor. Breathe in through the nose for 2 secs. You will experience the air moving through your nostrils into your abdomen, making your belly expand while your chest remains relatively still.

Purse the lips as if about to blow out the candles on a cake.

Breathe out very slowly through pursed lips for 4 to 6 secs; thus, the stomach goes in.

Repeat for 5 to 10 mins daily.
