Best exercise to boost lung capacity

Covid-19 is a respiratory disease that affects the lungs. When a virus enters the body, it comes in contact with the mucous membranes that line the nose, mouth, and eyes. The virus enters a healthy cell and uses the cell to make new virus parts. It multiplies, and the new viruses infect nearby cells.

We should focus on making our respiratory tract healthy. Few exercises can make your lungs healthy if you practice regularly. My family and I regularly practice these exercises for the last year, and because of it, we are fit and fine.

These exercises are very effective in keeping the respiratory tract healthy. If we get infected by any means, the symptoms will be mild.

Keep an oximeter in your house. You can easily measure your body’s Oxygen level sitting in your home. If your oxygen level is less than 94%, then immediately rush to the hospital.

By practicing breathing exercises, our oxygen level also increases. Please, it’s a kind request to everyone to pay attention to breathing exercises along with Yoga.

Blowing the Shankha or Conch Shell

It keeps your lungs healthy. Give it a try, and you’ll find the difference. I will mention how to learn Shankh or Conch shell blowing.

The sound of a Conch shell or Shankha is synonymous with the beginning of something important in Hinduism and Buddhism as it symbolizes an auspicious onset.

My husband blows the Conch Shell in the morning every day to remember God. It helps him keep his mind free from negative thoughts and generate zeal and positivity to begin the day with positivity.
